Refunds

If you are unhappy with our work, let us know - we really want every customer to be glad they use our services!

We will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. In the rare event that we are unable to satisfy your expectations, for any reason, we will refund your fees up to the greatest of:

• The refund amount agreed in your contract, if any. (for one-time accounts)
• One month's fees (for monthly accounts)
• All fees from the time you first contact us stating your dissatisfaction until the time of the refund or cancelation
• All fees from the life of your account, in the case that no service was successfully made live and no other agreement overriding this statement has been made

Privacy

No information from visitors or clients of Freezing Penguin llc shall ever be collected, sold, or given away, except

• as required by law
• as needed in the course of providing or quoting a requested service, such as (but not limited to) setting up hosting, or signing up for a page on a social media site
• normal analytics of website traffic
